Launch your own subscription video site

Stream your Jiu-Jitsu
to the world with SubPro.

Your own subscription video site, custom-built to order — your brand, your design, built for you.

SUBPRO is currently in beta — already deeply built out, but bugs may still surface. Join at this stage and get special pricing.

No. 01 / OVERVIEW

What is SubPro?

SubPro builds you your own subscription video site — your brand, your members, your domain. Not a shared marketplace: a private site you own, where you sell your Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and grappling instruction to the members you have.

This is not a DIY website builder. Tell us your brand and your content — we design and build your site to order, you review, and nothing goes live until it feels like yours.

Your techniques, classes, seminars, and instructional content become a private on-demand platform for your students and fans.

What kind of site can you build?

No. 02 / DOSSIER

SubPro is for
people like these

A coach wanting to build a video site for their dojo members

Wanted to build a video site
for your dojo members

For coaches who wanted to launch a membership video site for their existing students — but couldn't build it themselves.

Cluttered raw footage and unorganized video files

Worth selling — but never figured out how

You have instruction worth paying for, but never found the right way to package and deliver it.

A typical amateur-looking video player

Tried it yourself — but it never felt professional

You tried, but it never felt right — or you couldn't build a modern system on your own.

An outdated dashboard interface

Already selling —
but the system is dated

You already make videos and sell them. But the setup feels old, and you want to rebuild it on something modern.

Multilingual content reaching audiences worldwide

Reach new fans beyond your country

Auto-translation opens you up to new audiences worldwide. No need to stop your current service — run SubPro alongside what you have.

No. 03 / BRAND

On a strong core,
your own brand

SubPro is a video subscription core purpose-built for Brazilian jiu-jitsu and grappling. On top of that, the design is fully customizable — match your dojo's look and identity, or rebuild from one of our templates. Visual tweaks are quick to apply.

We also handle system-level customization. Want a special search? A different navigation? Custom flows? We build them in. Heavier customizations are priced per project, but the site can grow to match your vision.

No. 04 / LIBRARY

A library structure
built for jiu-jitsu study

SubPro is not just a place to upload videos. It's a searchable technical library purpose-designed for how jiu-jitsu and grappling students actually learn.

Every technique can be organized along three axes from day one — Position (what part of the fight), Collection (curated bundles like "technique series" or "instructor series"), and free-form Tags. With all three built in, members get to the exact video they need fast.

Want to showcase your own progression? Curriculum mode. Pick a collection as a curriculum and members get a guided path. Your instruction stops being a video pile and becomes a real system.

No. 05 / PLAYER

A player built
for studying jiu-jitsu

The SubPro player is purpose-built for jiu-jitsu and grappling instruction. It's not your average course-video player — it's designed for repetition, detail, review, and technical study. Try it below.

Try it — play, mirror the stance, loop the detail.

No. 06 / LAYERS

Show different videos
for each plan

SubPro includes a "viewing layers" feature. From a single video library, you can switch what each plan sees. Basic gets fundamentals, higher tiers unlock advanced + seminars — run multiple subscription tiers from one site.

That means you can offer an entry-level "low price" plan and a high-tier "premium" plan side by side. Every time you add a video, just pick which layer can see it. SubPro handles access control automatically.

No. 07 / SUBTITLES

Just speak
and the subtitles follow

SubPro auto-generates subtitles from your voice. English subtitles are produced automatically, so members can toggle them on or off and "read" the technique instead of straining to hear. The cleaner the audio, the sharper the subtitles. On request, we also translate them into other languages (supported list depends on your plan).

No. 08 / ROADMAP

A subscription system
that keeps evolving

SubPro is not a static video site. Built by a team that has spent years developing and operating jiu-jitsu on-demand services, it's a subscription platform that keeps evolving. From player features and search to content structure and new learning tools, we keep exploring better ways for grapplers to study online.

Several new features are already in testing. Today's launch is only the beginning — SubPro will grow alongside your subscription business.

No. 10 / PAYOUTS

Zero middleman.
Revenue goes straight to you.

To accept payments from members, you set up your own trusted payment provider — Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, PayPal, or whichever solution is reliable in your region. You own the account; SubPro handles the configuration and integration.

Member payments land directly with you. SubPro never holds your students' money — no revenue share, no per-transaction cut. All you pay SubPro is a usage-based monthly plan fee (see plans below).

No. 12 / FAQ

FAQ

Why do you have a review process?

We want to keep growing the SUBPRO brand together with partners who create excellent content. A great platform and great content — both are required for the brand to grow, and for the people studying jiu-jitsu and grappling with SubPro to be satisfied.

How long does the launch take?

Usually 4 to 8 weeks. We walk you through video material review → site design → build → final QA. Timing varies with content volume and design complexity.

Can I keep my existing YouTube / social channels?

Yes — running them alongside SubPro is expected. SubPro is your paid subscription hub; YouTube and social are your acquisition channels. You don't need to shut anything down.

Do I need to bring my own domain and video files?

We recommend registering the domain in your own name (so the asset stays yours). For video, you hand over the originals and we register them in SubPro's secure delivery infrastructure.

Will my videos be protected?

Videos are served via signed, expiring URLs — non-members can't access them and copied links die. Downloads exist only where you explicitly allow them per video. And what technology can't stop (screen recording), your member terms prohibit: violations are copyright infringement, and legally actionable.

Can I change plans later?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time. Billing reflects the new plan from the next cycle.

What happens to my content if I cancel?

Videos and purchase data are exportable. What you made stays yours. Even if you stop, your content remains.

How accurate are the subtitle translations?

English subtitles are auto-generated via AI transcription; translations are machine-translation based. We recommend manually proofreading the most important videos.

Do I bring my own members?

Yes — typically you (your existing students, your social, your dojo). SubPro doesn't run acquisition campaigns, but we provide the entire member experience: signup, login, access control, password reset, and so on. Member payments always go straight to your own payment provider — never through SubPro.

Is there an upfront fee?

Yes — a one-time setup fee starting at $299. The base $299 covers a standard build: intake of your video material, site construction, theme customization (logo, colors), domain connection, and payment integration. If you want deeper customization — special features, custom design work — we'll quote it during your hearing, before any work starts. No surprises, and you approve every number first. Monthly fees begin once the site is live.

Are there any costs beyond the monthly plan fee?

Besides the one-time setup fee (from $299), essentially just the plan fee. Exceptions: usage-based charges if you exceed your monthly subtitle-translation allotment, and overage fees if your member count or storage exceeds the plan limit. No revenue share, no transaction cuts.

What happens if I exceed my plan's member limit?

You won't be forced into an upgrade. Overage charges apply: Starter $1.29/mo per extra member, Growth $0.99/mo, Pro $0.79/mo. You can also change plans freely as you grow.

What if I exceed the video storage limit?

Either set older videos to private to free storage, or upgrade to a higher plan. Videos are never deleted — your content is yours, and you can export anytime.

Is the revenue share really zero?

Yes, truly zero. Member payments deposit directly to your own payment account (Stripe / Lemon Squeezy / PayPal, etc.); SubPro never sits in that path. You only pay SubPro a usage-based monthly plan fee.

How many videos do I need to start?

We recommend launching with 50+ instructional videos — and applying before you're there is fine; filming can continue while we review. We focus on whether the content actually teaches — not just routine class footage. See video quality guidelines for details.

Can I add or swap videos later?

Yes, any time. From the admin dashboard you can upload videos, change thumbnails, add tags, organize collections, and configure viewing layers. Swaps and chapter additions reflect immediately.

Can I host guest instructors?

Yes. On the Pro plan, multi-instructor support (with planned expansion) lets you group videos by guest instructor. Starter / Growth plans can still feature guests via Collections (e.g. "Guest Instructor Series").

Can I see viewing analytics?

Yes — views, completion rates, top videos, drop-off points and similar analytics are available in the dashboard (some still in testing). You can see where students are getting stuck and let that shape your next videos.

Who handles member support tickets?

Technical issues (login problems, video playback errors, payment failures) are handled by SubPro with templated responses and investigation. Content questions (technique explanations etc.) are yours to handle. We agree on the exact split with you at launch.

How do I get support if something breaks?

Contact us directly — we'll agree on the channel that suits you best when your site launches, and email always works. Production incidents (e.g. videos not playing) get top priority, and SubPro continuously monitors platform-wide health on our side.

Is there a minimum contract length?

No minimum — plans are monthly and you can cancel any time. Your site stays live through the end of the paid period, and your content and member data stay exportable for 30 days after.

How do you prevent video piracy?

Three layers. Technology: signed expiring URLs, no hotlinking, and downloads only where you allow them per video. Law: member terms explicitly prohibit copying, recording and redistribution — a violator is committing copyright infringement you can act on. Process: we provide DMCA takedown templates for cases where content gets reposted on pirate sites.

Is there a mobile app?

It's a fast, mobile-first site with full phone and tablet support — add it to your home screen and it works like an app. We deliberately don't ship a native app: app-store fees, approval delays and maintenance overhead would add cost without adding anything to how students actually study.

Do I have to configure and run the site myself?

We handle the launch end-to-end (Done-for-you). Post-launch, you can add videos, manage collections, and update thumbnails from the dashboard yourself — but if you say "I want to change this," we can custom-build it for you.

Can I sell individual videos to members or non-members?

SubPro is subscription-first (recurring billing), and SubPro itself never sells your content or processes any member payments. If you want to offer one-off purchases, you sell them through your own payment provider (for example, a payment link on your own Stripe account) and SubPro handles member access on your site. Your catalog, your prices, your revenue — 100% yours.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes — a 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee covers both your first subscription payment (charged when your site launches) and the setup fee. Walk away before launch, or tell us within 30 days after launch that you're not satisfied, and you get a full refund. Full policy on the refund page.

I already sell on another platform — do I have to switch all at once?

No. Many publishers run SubPro alongside their current platform — as a testing ground for features their platform doesn't have, or as their international outlet using automatic subtitles. If you do want to move completely, we design the migration together at your hearing.

I've never set up Stripe or Lemon Squeezy. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Setting up your payment provider is part of onboarding — we open the account together, in your name, and connect it to your site. We've done it many times for real instructors.

Where is SubPro operated from?

Tokyo, Japan — by the team behind Let's BJJ. Email in English is no problem, and live conversations run through translation-assisted chat, so you'll never be stuck waiting on a language barrier.
