SubPro SaaS subscription fees — Let's BJJ Inc.
If you are not satisfied with SubPro for any reason, you may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 30 days of that payment — no questions asked. (Your first subscription charge occurs when your site launches.)
This guarantee applies to the SubPro software-subscription fee (Starter, Growth, and Pro plans) paid by Publishers. Email support@sub-pro.net from your registered address, or reply to any billing receipt from us, and the refund will be issued in full to your original payment method. No cancellation fee, no forms, no justification required.
The one-time setup fee is covered too. If you cancel before your site launches, or you are not satisfied with the initial build and request a refund within 30 days of launch, the setup fee is refunded in full.
Refunds are issued in full to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer or payment method.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting support@sub-pro.net; cancellation stops all future renewals and your service continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid for the current billing period after the 30-day guarantee window are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law (including mandatory consumer-protection statutes in your jurisdiction).
SubPro never sells memberships or content to Members and never processes Member payments. Payments made by a Member to a Publisher's site are governed by that Publisher's own refund policy and processed by the Publisher's own payment provider. Please direct Member refund requests to the Publisher operating the site where the purchase was made.
