1. Our Commitment

SubPro, operated by Let's BJJ Inc., is committed to making its platform accessible to people with disabilities. We design and build the service with the goal of conformance to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the Level AA success criteria, and we recognize our obligations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III, Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and equivalent regulations in other jurisdictions in which tenants operate.

2. Conformance Status

The WCAG 2.1 standard defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. SubPro is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not fully meet the accessibility standard.

Known limitations are listed in the next section. We are actively working to remediate these.

8. Formal Complaints

If your feedback is not addressed to your satisfaction, you may be entitled to pursue a formal complaint under the Americans with Disabilities Act or the equivalent regulation in your jurisdiction. 9. Tenant Responsibilities

SubPro is a multi-tenant platform. Each tenant (studio, academy, or dojo owner) is responsible for the accessibility of content they upload, including:
