Coach Review Settings
Coach Review lets your members submit videos for personalized feedback. You record audio commentary over their video, then export it back to them.
How it works: Members upload a video (max 15 min) with a message describing what they want reviewed. You watch and record your voice commentary in the Review tab, then hit Export. The reviewed video is automatically published to your library.
Notes: Members can only submit videos on plans you allow below. The monthly limit prevents overuse. Exported videos are tagged coach-review and scoped to the submitter via private visibility. To publish a review to your public library, use Copy to Videos from the Coach Review tab.
Only members on these plans can submit videos for review.
Max submissions per member per month. Only pending submissions count — reviewed ones don't.

Regional Pricing
Why this exists: If you only offer your home-country price, potential members in countries with lower purchasing power simply can't afford to subscribe. Regional pricing lets you reach those audiences by offering a price that makes sense for their economy — more members, more reach.
How it works: Suggested prices are calculated from The Economist's Big Mac Index, a widely used measure of purchasing power across countries. Set a price for your base plan in each region, and all other plans adjust proportionally.
Trade-off: Some users will use a VPN to get a cheaper region's price. We don't block this. Trying to detect and prevent it (checking credit card country, flagging mismatches, etc.) creates more support headaches than it solves. Every major platform with regional pricing — Spotify, Netflix, YouTube — has the same trade-off. The revenue from making your content accessible worldwide far outweighs the small percentage of VPN abuse.

How Merch Pricing Works
Each product has two prices: Domestic and International. Both prices should include shipping. SubPro does not calculate shipping separately.
Domestic: Set a price that covers the product + domestic shipping. Keep it reasonable — your local fans expect fair prices.
International: Price it high. Overseas fans who want your gear will pay a premium — a gi at $200+ or a tee at $60+ is fine. Think of it as a fan product, not a retail product. If someone overseas buys it, great. If shipping ends up costing more than expected, just cancel and refund from the Orders tab.
Set International Price to $0 if you don't want to sell that item overseas.
